Job Summary

Sky Ocean Academy is seeking a professional and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to manage student enquiries, provide career guidance, and drive student admissions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and counselling skills, along with the ability to understand students' interests and guide them towards suitable academic programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Guide prospective students by providing detailed information about courses, training programmes, and career opportunities.

- Handle student enquiries through calls, walk-ins, and other communication channels.

- Identify students' academic interests and career aspirations and recommend suitable programmes.

- Manage admission processes, including enquiry handling, follow-ups, and enrolment coordination.

- Maintain accurate records of student enquiries, follow-ups, and admission status.





- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

- Work towards achieving monthly admission and enrolment targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

- Minimum 6 months of experience in academic counselling, educational sales, or student admissions.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and convincing abilities.

- Positive follow-up, negotiation, and student relationship management skills.

- Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
