We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counsellors to guide students and parents regarding overseas education opportunities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a student-focused approach, and the ability to manage enquiries and admission-related processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on overseas education opportunities, courses, universities, and admission requirements.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and budget preferences.
- Provide information about universities, countries, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Handle student enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into registrations and admissions.
- Coordinate with admission and visa processing teams.
- Assist students with application documentation and submission procedures.
- Maintain student records, enquiry details, and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely updates regarding admission progress and application deadlines.




- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Solid convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of overseas education and admission procedures is an advantage.
- Ability to handle student enquiries professionally.
- Freshers can apply.
- Prior experience in academic counselling, student recruitment, or overseas education will be an added advantage.
