Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Catalyst Education is looking for an experienced and responsible Academic Coordinator – Team Leader to manage academic operations and guide the academic team. The ideal candidate should have a Commerce background and good knowledge of professional courses such as CA, CMA, and ACCA.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate the academic team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monitor academic activities and maintain proper coordination between departments.

Guide and support team members in their daily responsibilities.

Coordinate with faculty members and students regarding academic matters.

Monitor course schedules,



class activities, and academic progress.

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and academic targets.

Requirements:

1–2 years of relevant work experience is mandatory.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or a related field.

Valuable knowledge of professional courses such as CA, CMA, and ACCA.

Strong team management and leadership skills.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to handle responsibilities independently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
