Academic Programme Supervisor

Location: Thrissur We are seeking a confident, articulate and professionally mature individual to take primary responsibility as a Pre-KG Facilitator, while also overseeing academic programmes, supervising teaching staff and monitoring the overall functioning of daily activities and the learning environment.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in teaching, preferably in preschool or early childhood education, or in staff management and programme coordination.

- Excellent spoken English and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with parents.
- Strong leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- A charismatic personality, qualified presence and the ability to guide and supervise a team.
- Good understanding of child-centred learning and activity-based programmes.
- Ability to take initiative, exercise sound judgement and handle responsibilities independently. Applicants must be currently based in Thrissur. We are looking for a well-rounded professional with the competence, confidence and presence to contribute meaningfully to our institution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
