Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

 Develop and drive the Foundation's long-term vision, strategy, and growth roadmap.

 Identify opportunities for expansion across geographies and programs.

 Establish the Foundation as a thought leader in English literacy, future readiness, and public education.

 Build a sustainable organizational model that balances impact, scale, and financial viability.

Program Growth & Impact

 Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of all programs.

 Drive measurable outcomes in student learning, teacher effectiveness, and system-level change

 Foster innovation and continuously strengthen program quality.

 Build frameworks for monitoring, learning, and impact assessment.

Government & External Partnerships

 Build and maintain solid relationships with state governments, municipal corporations,

education departments, CSR partners, and foundations.

 Represent the Foundation at key sector forums and policy platforms.

 Develop partnerships that enable large-scale implementation and long-term sustainability.

Fundraising & Resource Mobilisation

 Lead fundraising efforts through CSR partnerships,



philanthropic institutions, and strategic donors.

 Develop compelling impact narratives and funding proposals.

 Ensure financial sustainability through a diversified funding portfolio.

Organisation Building

 Recruit, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.

 Create a strong culture of learning, accountability, collaboration, and innovation.

 Develop leadership capabilities across the organization.

 Establish systems, governance structures, and operational processes that enable scale.

Advocacy & Thought Leadership

 Track emerging trends and global best practices in education and future-readiness skills.

 Publish insights, build knowledge assets, and contribute to sector conversations.

 Champion policy and ecosystem engagement to influence broader educational outcomes.
