Role Description The 3D Designer role at Naukripay group is a full time, on-site position based in Bhopal. The 3D Designer will create high-quality 3D models, environments, and visual assets for various projects, ensuring they align with client requirements and brand guidelines. Daily responsibilities include developing concepts, building and refining 3D assets, applying lighting and texturing, and collaborating with graphic designers, animators, and project managers to deliver polished visual outputs.

The role involves reviewing project briefs, preparing design drafts, iterating based on feedback,



and maintaining organized asset libraries and documentation. The 3D Designer will also contribute to creative brainstorming, ensure timely delivery of project milestones, and stay current with industry tools and best practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in 3D Design and 3D Modeling for creating detailed and accurate visual assets.

- Candidates should possess skills in Lighting and Animation to enhance realism, motion, and overall visual impact.

- Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design to integrate 3D work with 2D elements and support broader visual communication needs.

- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard 3D and design software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools).
