Job Summary

We are looking for an SQA Engineer with experience in software process compliance, CMMI, and ASPICE standards. The role focuses on process audits, quality assurance, documentation, and ensuring compliance across the software development lifecycle, particularly for automotive and embedded software projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and monitor CMMI ML2/ML3 practices across projects.

- Ensure compliance with ASPICE Level 2 processes and maintain required documentation and traceability.

- Conduct internal process audits, project audits, and gap assessments.

- Identify non-conformities (NCs), drive corrective actions, and track closure.

- Support process improvement, process training, and documentation.

- Track quality metrics and prepare compliance and release-readiness reports.

- Coordinate with Development, Testing, Project Management, and Configuration Management teams.

- Maintain process documentation using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Polarion.

Mandatory Skills

- 3–7 years of experience in SQA, Process Engineering, CMMI,



or ASPICE.

- Hands-on understanding of CMMI Dev v2.0 (ML2/ML3).

- Working knowledge of ASPICE Level 2 processes and work products.

- Understanding of SDLC, V-Model, and Agile methodologies.

- Experience in process audits, checklist creation, and non-conformity management.

- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Positive to Have

- Automotive or embedded software experience.

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 26262.

- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or Polarion.

- Knowledge of Agile and ASPICE hybrid models.
