Duration: 3+ months (with possible conversion and extension)
Location: Remote India.
Shift Timing: Candidates will only be online for about 3-4 hours a day at the same time as other team members due to the time difference. If based in India, they will need to be flexible to work UK hours to overlap.
Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the comprehensive administration and governance of Workday security configurations, ensuring robust access controls and compliance. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain security frameworks, while also supporting audit activities and driving continuous improvement. They will act as a subject matter expert for all Workday security-related matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Workday security groups, domain policies, and business processes.
- Assess and address security impacts from organizational or system changes.
- Support internal and external audits through evidence collection and control execution.
- Develop and maintain security governance processes and documentation.




- Identify and implement automation opportunities for security administration.

Industry Experience:
This position requires a solid background in human capital management systems, with a specific emphasis on the Workday platform.
