Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineer – Drilling & Anchoring with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in drilling operations, anchoring works, geotechnical construction, and infrastructure projects.

The candidate must have strong technical knowledge of different drilling methods, cable anchoring, rock anchoring, ground anchoring, drawing interpretation, site execution, technical reporting, quality control, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, supervise, and monitor drilling and anchoring activities at project sites.

- Possess strong technical knowledge of drilling operations, cable anchoring, rock anchoring, soil anchoring, and ground anchoring systems.

- Supervise drilling operations using suitable drilling equipment such as DTH rigs, rotary drilling rigs, crawler rigs, and other relevant machinery.

- Understand and interpret engineering drawings, drilling layouts, borehole plans, anchoring details, method statements, and technical specifications.

- Supervise cable anchor installation, stressing operations, grouting, and related activities.

- Prepare daily progress reports (DPRs), drilling logs, anchor installation reports, and technical documentation.

- Monitor drilling depth, borehole diameter, alignment, drilling parameters, and ground conditions.

- Ensure proper installation of anchors, including tendon placement, grouting, and stressing.

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety procedures, and approved method statements.

- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

- Maintain records of drilling progress,



borehole details, anchor installation, stressing records, material consumption, and test results.

- Identify site issues, troubleshoot technical problems, and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor manpower, equipment, materials, and daily work progress.

- Ensure timely execution of work in accordance with project schedules.

RequirementsTechnical Skills Required

- Strong practical knowledge of drilling operations and anchoring works.

- Hands-on experience in cable anchoring, rock anchoring, soil nailing, and ground anchoring systems.

- Knowledge of DTH drilling, rotary drilling, crawler drilling, and other relevant drilling techniques.

- Experience in cable anchor installation, grouting, stressing, and testing.

- Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings, drilling layouts, and anchoring details.

- Knowledge of drilling equipment, rigs, compressors, pumps, drilling tools, and accessories.

- Understanding of anchor load testing, pull-out tests, stressing procedures, and quality control.

- Knowledge of drilling logs, anchor records, technical reporting, and documentation.

- Strong reporting, documentation, and technical communication skills.

- Ability to independently manage drilling and anchoring operations and resolve site-level technical challenges.

Requirements
Technical Skills Required Solid practical knowledge of TAM Grouting and Consolidation Grouting. Knowledge of cement grouting, pressure grouting, rock fissure grouting, and other applicable grouting methods. Ability to read and interpret civil engineering drawings and grouting layouts. Knowledge of grout mix design, water-cement ratios, injection pressure, and grout take calculations. Understanding of grouting equipment, pumps, mixers, packers, drilling equipment, and pressure gauges. Knowledge of grouting tests, quality control procedures, and acceptance criteria. Robust reporting, documentation, and technical communication skills. Ability to independently manage grouting operations and resolve site-level technical challenges.
