Job Description

- Support the daily operation and administration of assigned applications.
- Act as a first point of contact for users, support teams, and business stakeholders.
- Assist in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Support application rollouts, upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
- Coordinate with software vendors and service providers.
- Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Monitor application health, performance, and service quality.
- Assist in software inventory, license management, and compliance activities.
- Participate in digital workplace and application improvement projects.
- Support automation and standardization initiatives within the application management team.

Qualifications

BE in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable with minimum of 2 to 4 years experience

- First skilled experience in IT support, application management, workplace services, or system administration is advantageous.
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and enterprise applications.
- Interest in software lifecycle management and business applications.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage.
