Position: Sales Trainer
Location: Thrissur
CTC: 45,000 per month + Incentives
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Training / Sales Coaching.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct onboarding and product training for recent sales executives.
* Deliver training on sales techniques, lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and customer handling.
* Coach sales teams to improve conversion rates and achieve sales targets.
* Conduct practical training sessions, role plays, and performance reviews
* Identify individual and team training requirements in coordination with Sales Managers.
* Develop training materials, presentations, and learning modules.
* Monitor training effectiveness through assessments and sales performance metrics.
* Ensure sales teams are updated on product knowledge and sales processes.
