We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and solution delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to drive project success and deliver business value.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.

Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Development, and QA teams.

Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and UAT activities.





Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability and successful project delivery.

Required Skills:

Business Analysis experience.

Robust expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and MS Office.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.

Exposure to SDLC, digital transformation, and enterprise applications.

Preferred:

Domain experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Retail.

CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are a plus.
