- Conduct independent whistleblower, fraud and forensic investigations.
- Review financial records, transactions, documents, emails and chats for red flags.
- Identify suspicious transactions, forged documents and misconduct.
- Interview respondents and witnesses and document investigation findings.
- Prepare investigation reports and coordinate with Legal & HR for appropriate action.
- Recommend preventive measures and anti-fraud controls.
Candidate's Profile:
- CA/CMA with 4-5 years PQE in Fraud Investigation / Forensic Accounting / Whistleblower Investigation.
- Strong analytical, investigation and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of compliance and data privacy practices.
- ACFE / Forensic Investigation certification preferred.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
