- Partner with Engineering leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and employee relations programs.

- Leverage 4 7 years of HR experience, with strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) background.
- Bring prior experience supporting Engineering, Technology, Product, or IT teams.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exhibit a solid understanding of performance management, employee relations, and engagement strategies.
- Work in a data-driven, proactive manner in a rapid-paced environment.
