Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Salesforce testing, preferably in the insurance domain. The candidate should have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of Salesforce applications.

- Create, review, and execute test cases and test scenarios.

- Validate Salesforce workflows, business processes, and data accuracy.

- Identify, report, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.

- Perform integration testing between Salesforce and third-party applications.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders.

- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and functional teams to ensure quality releases.





- Ensure application quality and timely delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA.

- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce QA Testing.

- Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.

- Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and business processes.

- Experience in test case preparation and execution.

- Knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools.

- Positive understanding of SDLC and STLC.

- Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the Insurance domain.

- Knowledge of insurance business processes and workflows.

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / Sales Cloud is an advantage.

- Exposure to API testing and integration testing is preferred.
