Job Description:

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions.

- Perform business process analysis, process mapping, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and project managers to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.

- Analyse business processes and data requirements within the Global Markets and Regulatory Risk domain.

- Support regulatory risk-related projects involving FRTB, CCAR, Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), and Value at Risk (VaR).

- Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and implemented.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement,



and project delivery activities.

- Use JIRA to manage requirements, track user stories, monitor project progress, and manage defects.

- Perform basic Python scripting and SQL-based data analysis to support business analysis and data validation activities.

- Conduct impact analysis, gap analysis, and support functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Prepare and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement documents (FRDs), process flows, and other project documentation.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.

- Ensure project deliverables align with regulatory requirements, business objectives, and compliance standards.
