ARDEM Data Services is looking for a smart, energetic HR Recruiter Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team!

Role Snapshot

Position: HR Recruiter Intern

Location: 100% Remote (Work from Home)

Experience: 0–1 year

Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR (Mandatory)

Duration: 6 months, with a chance of full-time conversion

What You'll Do

Mine LinkedIn to find and connect with top talent at target companies

Turn connections into qualified candidate leads

Create, post and manage job ads on LinkedIn, Naukri and social media

Screen the recruitment inbox daily and shortlist the best-fit candidates

Update candidate details in the ATS and tag the right HR

Work closely with the whole HR team to close positions faster

What We're Looking For

Robust knowledge of LinkedIn hiring and Boolean search

Experience with social media hiring and creating job ads





Excellent written and verbal communication

A quick learner who takes ownership and pays attention to detail

Bonus: Canva, an ATS, or LinkedIn Recruiter experience
