Your Responsibilities:

. Handling Order booking deliverables including Order Entry & booking with SAP S4HANA/REIWA system.

- Activities include supporting the Sales & Marketing teams with order processing, order acknowledgement, review of orders, order entry, etc.

- Validate order information, pricing, product details, and contractual requirements.

- Creation of Purchase requisitions (PR) and Purchase Order (PO).

- Constant tracking & follow-up with internal stakeholders supporting seamless handover of projects.

- Collaborate with Planning & project management to keep track of deliverables

- Maintain Order booking register with Monthly MIS and generate SAP reports.

- Track and manage order exceptions, cancellations, and escalations.

- Support invoicing process.

Your Background:

- Knowledge in SAP S4HANA system

- Candidate should have excellent knowledge of SAP SD processes - order management, contract management, pricing, delivery, and billing

- Knowledge on all the SAP T codes related to SAP SD Module.

- Bachelor's degree (Electrical Engineering is preferred).

- 2-4 years of work experience in order handling.

Valuable written and verbal communication skills in English language(empty)
