Role Description This is a full time 3D Artist role based in Dehradun, structured as a hybrid position with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The 3D Artist will create detailed 3D models for architectural exteriors, interiors, and real estate environments using industry-standard tools. Responsibilities include lighting and texturing scenes for photorealistic renders, setting up camera angles and compositions, and preparing assets for animations or VR experiences. The role involves collaborating with designers and project leads to interpret briefs, refine visual concepts,



and iterate based on client feedback. The 3D Artist will also ensure projects meet quality standards, maintain organized asset libraries, and deliver work within agreed timelines.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in 3D production software such as Blender and familiarity with related tools in the visualization pipeline.
- Strong skills in 3D Modeling for architecture, interiors, props, and environmental assets.
- Experience with Lighting and Texturing to achieve realistic materials, accurate shadows, and compelling mood.
- Foundational knowledge of Rigging for basic object or camera animations (advanced character rigging is a plus).
- Understanding of rendering workflows (CPU/GPU rendering, optimization for stills, animations, and VR).
- Relevant education or training in 3D art, animation, architecture, design, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design briefs, with strong attention to detail and composition.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a hybrid team environment, managing deadlines independently.
- Experience in architectural visualization, real estate marketing, or interior design projects is an advantage.
