WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER / HEAD – SERVICE SALES

Industry: Power Transformer Manufacturing

We are looking for an experienced Service Sales Leader with a strong background in the Power Transformer industry to lead and expand the service business.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for a seasoned qualified who can drive service revenue, develop key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and lead a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute service sales strategies to achieve revenue, order booking and profitability targets.

• Drive business for transformer after-sales services, including maintenance, repair, refurbishment, overhauling, testing and condition assessment.

• Develop and manage relationships with utilities, power generation companies, EPC contractors and industrial customers.

• Identify new markets, business opportunities and strategic accounts to accelerate service business growth.

• Lead key account management, customer engagement and business development initiatives.

• Drive sales pipeline management, forecasting, tendering, techno-commercial proposals and contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with service operations, engineering and other internal teams to ensure effective execution and customer satisfaction.

• Lead,



mentor and develop the service sales team while ensuring achievement of business objectives.

Candidate Profile:

18+ years of experience in Sales & Business Development.

Strong and relevant experience in the Power Transformer industry is essential.

Substantial exposure to transformer after-sales services, maintenance, repair, refurbishment and overhauling.

Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high-value service orders.

Strong understanding of techno-commercial proposals, tendering, pricing and contract negotiations.

Experience in managing utilities, EPC contractors, power generation companies and large industrial customers.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing sales teams.

Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification:

BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. MBA in Sales/Marketing will be preferred.
