We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Influencer Marketing Intern to join our team and help us expand our creator network and build strong brand partnerships.

2. About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for managing our network of content creators, building relationships with brands, and identifying new opportunities for influencer marketing campaigns.

This role involves a mix of creator management, brand communication, outreach, campaign coordination, and business development. You will work closely with the team to identify potential collaborations and help take campaigns from initial conversations to execution.

3. Key Responsibilities

Creator Network Management

- Build, manage, and maintain a database of influencers and content creators across different niches.
- Regularly communicate with creators and keep them updated about relevant brand opportunities.
- Understand creator profiles, audience demographics, engagement rates, and content styles.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators.
- Coordinate with creators for campaign requirements, deliverables, timelines, and content submissions.

Brand Communication & Outreach

- Identify and reach out to potential brands for influencer marketing collaborations.
- Connect with brand managers, marketing teams,



and decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Introduce Sling Media's influencer marketing services and explore potential collaboration opportunities.
- Follow up with brands, maintain communication, and nurture potential business leads.
- Understand brand requirements and coordinate internally to create relevant influencer marketing proposals.

Campaign Coordination

- Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns.
- Shortlist relevant influencers based on campaign briefs and brand requirements.
- Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, approvals, and content submissions.
- Track campaign progress and ensure smooth communication between brands and creators.
- Maintain campaign reports, outreach trackers, and databases.

4. Who We're Looking For
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Someone who is confident in reaching out to brands and initiating conversations.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, influencer marketing, and the creator economy.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.
- Organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Someone who takes ownership and enjoys working in a fast-paced agency environment.

Bonus: Prior experience in influencer marketing, sales, business development, or social media management is a plus, but not mandatory.
