The Role

We are seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with prior Founder experience to report directly to the Group CEO in our Noida Office.

We don't need a corporate bureaucrat or a passive tech manager. We need a proven tech founder or co-founder who knows what it takes to build a product from line zero, navigate early-stage chaos, scale infrastructure under constraint, and align technical architecture directly with business revenue.

As CTO, you will own the technology vision, system architecture, product development, and engineering execution across all SupplyValid business entities.

Key Responsibilities

- Technical Vision & Architecture: Define the overarching technical strategy, system architecture, and tech stack across all group product lines and digital platforms.
- Founder-Mindset Product Execution: Translate business goals into scalable software solutions with extreme speed, balancing rapid shipping with clean,



maintainable architecture.
- Engineering Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-velocity engineering and product team, instilling a culture of ownership, frugal innovation, and technical excellence.
- System Scalability & Security: Ensure enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, data security, API integrations, compliance, and 99.9% platform reliability.
- Strategic Partnership with Group CEO: Work alongside the Group CEO as a strategic business partner, evaluating recent tech ventures, commercial viability, and digital expansion opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

- Mandatory:Prior Founder or Co-Founder / Tech Co-Founder experience at a venture-backed or bootstrapped technology startup.
- 10–15+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on expertise architecting, launching, and scaling platforms from 0-to-1 and 1-to-100.
- Proven track record of building scalable B2B/B2C SaaS, enterprise platforms, or digital supply chain products.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with modern cloud stacks (AWS/GCP), microservices architecture, database design, and API integrations.
- High agency, extreme ownership, and a deep appreciation for capital efficiency and business outcomes.
