Key Responsibilities:

- SAP Cloud ALM Services: Configure, administer, provide ongoing support for SAP Cloud ALM. Enable application lifecycle processes including requirements, testing, deployment tracking.
- Transition & Migration Leadership: Lead technical transition from SAP ChaRM and SolDoc to SAP CALM; manage tool coexistence. Support migration from legacy ALM tools and stabilize current environment.
- SAP BTP & Integration Architecture: Technical administration and environment management for SAP BTP. Configuration and infrastructure monitoring for API-based and middleware-driven integrations.
- Integration & Interface Management: Support transport, configuration, deployment, monitoring of interfaces using SAP Integration Suite, API Management, or PI/PO.



Manage integrations with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow); resolve interface-related incidents.
- Integrated Toolchain Enablement: Establish/maintain integrations between SAP CALM, SolDoc, and other enterprise tools for end-to-end traceability across application lifecycle.
- Testing & Validation: Execute/coordinate interface/integration testing cycles; support regression and release validation.
- Operations & Governance: Monitor CALM and interface landscape (including alert handling); provide on-call support for toolchain issues; act as technical lead for CALM domain across project workstreams.
