Position: HR Compliance & Leave Verification Specialist

Location: Mani Casadona, Kolkata

Experience: Freshers / Candidates with 1–3 years of experience

Shift: US Shift (Starting at 7:30 PM IST)

Cab Facility: Provided

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

Salary: 3–3.5 LPA

Open Positions: 20

Joining Deadline: 4th November 2026

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and verify employee leave requests, including bereavement and specialized leaves.

* Validate supporting documents with confidentiality and accuracy.

* Handle sensitive employee queries with empathy and professionalism.

* Identify discrepancies and potential policy violations.





* Maintain accurate employee records and HR compliance documentation.

Required Skills:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Strong empathy and emotional intelligence.

* Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

* Attention to detail and confidentiality.

* Basic understanding of HR operations and compliance.
