Senior Graphic Designer

Location: New Delhi, India

Salary: Up to 80,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop visually appealing graphics for social media campaigns, branding initiatives, and digital content across various platforms.
- Lead and mentor a design team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality creative output.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive and effective visual strategies.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform-specific creative formats to enhance audience engagement.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
- Utilize motion graphics, video editing, and animation tools to create dynamic content (knowledge in these areas is a plus).

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in social media design,



digital marketing, or creative agencies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, branding, and digital content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and Canva.
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience working in a PR, social media, branding, or integrated marketing agency.
- Experience handling multiple brands and managing client-facing projects.
- Understanding of performance marketing creatives and content optimization.
