Job Description

1. Hospital Digitalization

1. Assist in implementing and managing Hospital Management Information Systems (HMIS).
2. Coordinate digitization of OPD, IPD, pharmacy, laboratory, billing, and patient records.
3. Support implementation of electronic pharmacy indents, digital token systems and reception dashboards.
4. Assist with HRMS and biometric attendance integration.
5. Coordinate ABHA/ABDM integration and digital health record initiatives.

2. IT Infrastructure & Support

1. Maintain computers, printers, networking equipment and internet connectivity.
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
3. Manage system backups,



antivirus protection and basic cybersecurity.
4. Maintain IT inventory, AMC records and service documentation.

3. Website & Digital Systems

1. Coordinate hospital website maintenance and online appointment systems.
2. Support integration of online consultation and patient-facing digital services.
3. Work with external IT vendors for software development and implementation.

4. Training & Coordination

1. Train hospital staff in the use of HMIS and other digital systems.
2. Coordinate with nursing, reception, pharmacy, laboratory and administration departments.
3. Monitor software adoption and resolve operational difficulties.
