About the Role:

Choice Connect Private Limited is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth through channel development, partner acquisition, and financial product sales.

The candidate will be responsible for building and managing partner networks, developing solid business relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting business expansion within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, onboard, and activate CBA partners, brokers, advisors, and referral partners.
- Drive business across financial products, including Equity, Insurance, Loans, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and other offerings.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing partner network.




- Support branch expansion and business development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Conduct field visits to generate business and strengthen partner engagement.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline. MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in financial services sales, channel development, or branch business management.
- Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of financial products and sales processes.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to develop and manage partner networks.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Annual CTC: 2.4 LPA – 3.4 LPA.
