Role Description The Designer role at NEXUZ HUB is a full-time, in office position based in Coimbatore. The Designer will translate client requirements into visually compelling and manufacturable designs suitable for UV printing, laser cutting, engraving, and 3D printing. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and refining digital design files, preparing artwork and layouts for production, collaborating with fabrication and printing teams to ensure design feasibility, and maintaining consistency with brand and quality standards. The role involves working directly with clients to understand their needs,



propose design solutions, and iterate based on feedback. The Designer also supports rapid prototyping projects, ensuring that designs are optimized for materials, processes, and timelines.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in graphic and product design using industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, CAD or 3D modeling software).
- Ability to prepare print-ready and production-ready files for UV printing, laser cutting, laser engraving, and 3D printing processes.
- Experience in layout design, typography, color theory, and visual composition for branding, merchandise, and engineering applications.
- Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, measurements, and material specifications for precise fabrication.
- Strong attention to detail, quality-focused mindset, and ability to troubleshoot design and production issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, fabrication teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in printing, signage, fabrication, or product development is an advantage.
