Job Description

- Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets for the Diagnostics business across the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share and strengthen customer relationships.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to deliver sustainable business growth.
- Manage key accounts, reference labs, hospitals, and diagnostic chains, ensuring long-term customer partnerships.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition through effective market development initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including service, marketing, applications, and commercial operations to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to formulate winning growth strategies.
- Ensure accurate forecasting,



pipeline management, and compliance with organizational policies while delivering profitable growth.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

- Experience managing regional sales activities.
- Experience of IVD products is a must
- Proven experience in the Diagnostics industry with exposure to laboratory solutions such as: Fully Automated Clinical Chemistry Analyzers, Immunoassay Systems, Hematology Analyzers
- Confidence building customer relationships and handling sales discussions.
- Ability to plan sales activity and follow through on opportunities.
- Comfort using sales data to track progress and spot priorities.
- Explicit communication skills for customer and internal discussions.
