Waiter / Waitress – Kala Bahia, South Goa

Kala Bahia is a beachfront restaurant and events venue in Colomb Bay, between Palolem and Patnem. We’re looking for attentive, enthusiastic waiters and waitresses to join our team, serving restaurant guests and supporting weddings, private events and music nights.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in food and beverage service. Freshers from a recognised hospitality school are also welcome to apply.
- Good spoken English is essential.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, skilled manner.
- Attention to detail, from table presentation to taking accurate orders.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for working as part of a team.
- Ability to stay organised and attentive during busy service.

Preferred experience

- Previous work in Goa, with an understanding of the local hospitality culture and guest expectations.
- Experience serving at weddings, banquets, club nights or other events.

Responsibilities





- Welcome guests, explain menu items and take food and drink orders accurately.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to provide smooth, timely service.
- Keep tables, service stations and dining areas clean and well presented.
- Support event setup, service and clearing.
- Work closely with colleagues to create a warm, welcoming guest experience.
