About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates who can interact with students, provide information about our cybersecurity courses and guide them through the admission process.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with students and provide course-related information.
- Explain cybersecurity courses, workshops and certification programs.
- Assist students in understanding course details, fees and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain communication with interested candidates.
- Provide timely follow-ups and admission-related assistance.
- Maintain student records and update inquiry details.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi fluency and basic English knowledge.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive convincing and relationship-building skills.
