We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and target-driven Tele caller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary voice of our brand. Your main responsibility will be connecting with prospective customers, qualifying leads, and driving business growth through effective phone communication. Both freshers with excellent communication skills and experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls daily to potential customers from a provided database or lead list.
- Lead Generation & Sales: Pitch our products/services effectively, handle customer objections, and close sales or book qualified appointments.
- Inquiry Handling: Answer incoming customer calls, resolve queries professionally, and provide accurate product information.
- Follow-up Management: Regularly follow up with warm leads or interested prospects to convert them into active clients.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of call statuses, customer feedback, and follow-ups in our CRM database.
- Target Alignment: Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly call volume and sales/appointment targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any field.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, customer service, or a front-desk role. Freshers with robust verbal skills are welcome.
- Languages: High proficiency in Hindi and conversational English. Knowledge of regional languages is a major plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, strong persuasion abilities, and resilience when handling rejections.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools).

Pay: ₹8,700.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
