- Plan and deliver engaging lessons according to the CBSE curriculum.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in the relevant subject.
- B.Ed. qualification preferred/mandatory as per applicable CBSE and NCTE norms.
- CTET/STET qualification preferred wherever applicable.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Strong command over the subject.
- Knowledge of the CBSE curriculum and competency-based education.
