We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented, and result-driven Sales Executive for our Assamese Handloom Retail Shop. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting traditional Assamese handloom products, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring an excellent shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting Assamese traditional handloom products.
- Explain product details, including fabric quality, designs, weaving techniques, and traditional significance.
- Promote Assamese handloom products such as Mekhela Chador, Gamusa, Sarees, Stoles, and other traditional textiles.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and product-related enquiries professionally.
- Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper store merchandising.
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.




- Stay updated on new collections, designs, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in organized retail stores.
- Candidates from the following retail brands are preferred:
- Pantaloons
- Max Fashion
- Westside
- Reliance Trends
- Shoppers Stop
- Lifestyle
- Other reputed fashion and apparel retail chains.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, ethnic wear, or textile retail preferred.
- Minimum qualification: graduates preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Assamese, Hindi, and English language skills preferred.
