Job Description

Key Purpose of the Role

BiofuelCircle aims to establish a Billion Dollar annual transaction volume on its digital platform by 2028. To get there, it needs to have >10,000 business subscribers and a reach to >1 million farmers.

The company has a unique business model that combines digital platform-based business with physical supply ecosystem. The Supply Operations function is a key element of the company’s model, and broadly includes:

1. Aggregation Depots

2. Warehouse Network

3. Managed Biofuel Plants

The company intends to have upward of 500 Depots, 100 warehouses and 400 small biofuel manufacturing plants under its management.

What will Key Tasks be involved?

Warehouse Network

. Storage of Rural biomass; a typical warehouse will be a 10,000 MT facility on approx. 8-10 acre land

· Supply Operations Sr. Executive will be responsible for location identification,



initial set up and operations management of the warehouses across multiple locations as required by the organizations

· Travel to customer site to troubleshoot, maintain and deploy various warehouse assets.

· Ensuring warehouse operations at peak efficiency by supervising, organizing, and monitoring operations goals with predefined SOP’s.

· Solving day to day operational issues if any and reach short term and long-term performance goals

· Maintain a secure, healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing Biofuelcircle standards and procedures. Maintaining proper records.

· Inspecting tools, warehouse machines regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary to avoid any operational losses

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
