A Shift In-Charge – Production manages daily manufacturing operations, machinery, and workers during an assigned shift at an animal feed mill to meet output and quality goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Shift Operations: Supervise grinding, batching, mixing, pelleting, cooling, and packing operations to hit daily production schedules.
- Team Management: Allocate machine operators and floor workers, monitor performance, handle shift handovers, and cover for absenteeism.
- Quality & Feed Safety: Ensure accurate feed formulation, control moisture and weight variations, and coordinate regular quality control (QC) checks.
- Maintenance & Downtime: Monitor equipment health, minimize machine downtime, and coordinate with the maintenance team during breakdowns.
- Safety & Hygiene: Enforce workplace safety protocols, housekeeping, and mill hygiene standards.
- Documentation: Maintain daily production, raw material usage, rejection, and downtime logs

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
