We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Inventory Controller to manage and monitor inventory operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in stock management, inventory control, material tracking, and maintaining accurate stock records, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and control daily inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with purchase, stores, kitchen, and other departments for inventory requirements.
- Monitor stock movement and identify slow-moving, excess, and obsolete items.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of materials.
- Implement inventory control procedures to minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock losses.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.




- Monitor expiry dates and ensure FIFO / FEFO practices are followed.
- Assist in stock audits and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in inventory control or stock management is preferred.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
- Positive knowledge of inventory management systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and numerical skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and work within deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
