Position Title

Runner / Field Executive

Job Purpose

The Runner is responsible for handling day-to-day field work between the Gomti Nagar, Aminabad Store, Factory, vendors, banks, transporters, government offices, and other locations as directed. The role ensures timely movement of documents, materials, samples, and other business-related items while supporting store and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities Field Operations

- Deliver and collect documents, parcels, samples, and materials.
- Coordinate movement of goods between the Gomti nagar Store and Factory.
- Visit vendors, transport companies, courier offices, and service providers as required.
- Deposit or collect documents from banks and government offices when assigned.
- Assist in procurement of urgent materials and supplies.

Store & Factory Support

- Carry stock transfer challans, invoices, and inventory-related documents.
- Assist with loading and unloading of light materials when required.
- Support inventory verification and stock movement activities.
- Ensure proper receipt and handover of materials at destinations.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain records of visits and deliveries completed.
- Submit receipts, invoices, and acknowledgement copies after each task.
- Report task completion status to the reporting manager.
- Immediately inform management about delays or operational issues.

Coordination

- Coordinate with store staff, factory team, transporters, and vendors.




- Follow schedules and priorities assigned by supervisors.
- Support administrative and operational teams in field-related activities.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Basic reading and writing skills in Hindi.
- Knowledge of Lucknow routes and local markets preferred.
- Experience in field work, delivery, or office support preferred.
- Two-wheeler required with valid driving license .

- Ability to work under pressure and complete tasks on time.
- Basic understanding of documents and inventory handling.

Working Conditions

- Frequent travel within Lucknow.
- Regular movement between Aminabad Store and Factory.
- Outdoor work in all weather conditions.
- May be required to work during peak business periods.

Reporting To

Store Manager / Operations Manager

Salary Range

₹10,000 - ₹14,000 per month (depending on experience and performance)

- Timely completion of assigned field tasks.
- Zero loss or misplacement of documents/materials.
- Attendance and punctuality.
- Accuracy in document and material handovers.
- Compliance with company instructions and safety guidelines.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
