Job Title: Private Chef

Number of Positions: 2 Private Chefs

About the Role

We are seeking skilled and versatile chefs to own the kitchens at a family residence in Vasant Kunj, Delhi. The chefs will deliver fresh, consistent, high-quality meals with strong hygiene and service standards, working alongside a 15–20-member household staff team.

Budget: 75,000 per month

Timings

- 12 hours per day, inclusive of breaks; one weekly off.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the family
- Create weekly menus in consultation with the client, taking likes, allergies, dietary needs, and seasonal produce into account
- Share kitchen duties between the two chefs so that meals stay punctual

All Positions

- Handle grocery planning, ordering, and inventory of fresh produce and pantry staples, working within the agreed budget
- Maintain the highest standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety,



storage, and cleanliness, and manage kitchen equipment and utensils
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the family and their guests

Required Experience

- Minimum four years of professional experience as a chef in a private household, restaurant, or hotel kitchen
- Experience cooking multi-cuisine meals to a consistent standard
- Culinary or hospitality training preferred; equivalent hands-on experience considered

Key Skills

- Culinary skill , confident across a wide range of cuisines, with consistent taste and presentation
- Time management , able to deliver meals on schedule within the working day
- Hygiene & food safety , clean, secure, and organized food handling and storage
- Teamwork , works smoothly with the other chef, kitchen helpers, and household
