Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the store team, achieve sales targets, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall day-to-day store operations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance.
- Lead, motivate, and manage store employees.
- Monitor staff attendance, duty schedules, and grooming standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory, product availability, and replenishment.
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock requirements.
- Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and daily sales reporting.
- Monitor product display, visual merchandising,



and store cleanliness.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Control operational expenses and minimize stock losses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Retail / FMCG / Hospitality.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager or Retail Supervisor preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management, billing, and sales reporting.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, POS and ERP software).
- Willingness to work in shifts and relocate if required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
