Job Summary

Tirupati Balajee is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to communicate with customers, handle incoming and outgoing calls, explain company products or services, and generate potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Explain company products or services clearly and professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Generate leads and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Maintain customer details, call records, and follow-up reports.
- Build positive customer relationships and address basic queries.
- Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.





Required Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 12th pass; graduates are preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Confidence in handling phone calls and customer queries.
- Positive attitude, convincing skills, and a willingness to learn.
