Job Description – Warehouse SupervisorCompany: Shiga Pettals

Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu

Roles & Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including loading and unloading.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and issue of materials.
- Maintain accurate stock and inventory records.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and ensure smooth operations.
- Plan and arrange materials required for events and programs.
- Follow up with vendors for material purchases and timely delivery.
- Maintain staff attendance and calculate temporary staff wages.




- Track warehouse expenses and prepare daily activity reports.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance.

Requirements

- Any Bachelor's Degree or relevant Diploma.
- 2–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management and stock handling.
- Basic computer and MS Excel skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule when required.
