JD For Process Associate

Responsibilities:

*Classify medical data and documents into database systems.

*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of processed data and documents

*Collaborate with team members to ensure that processes are completed in a timely manner

*Identify and report any errors, discrepancies or anomalies in processed data or documents

*Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns

*Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies and procedures

*Ensure compliance with all established procedures and guidelines

*Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes

*Verify data by comparing it to source documents

Requirement and Skills:

*Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

*Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

*Good verbal and written communication skills

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

*Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure





*Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality

*Knowledge of data entry and document processing procedures and standards

*Strong comprehension skills

*Have strong attention to detail and being observant, focused, and analytical

Capability of learning client applications and software required for a job.

Perks & Perks:

* US Shift Timing: 2 shifts (Rotational)

* Day shift timing: 9AM- 6 PM

* Night shift timing: 6:30 PM- 3:30 AM

* 5 days working, with Saturday and Sunday as fixed off.

* Rotational shift change between 2-3 months of gap.

* Cab facility will be provided for both sides for the night shift only. And for the day shift, a travelling allowance will be provided.

* One-time meal facility will be provided for both shifts.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
