We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented **Pest Control Technician** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting customer properties, identifying pest infestations, determining the best treatment plan, and safely applying pest control solutions. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients on-site, providing expert recommendations and delivering top-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues, harborage areas, and potential entry points.

Treatment Application: Safely select, mix, and apply approved pest control products (pesticides, baits, traps) in compliance with company standards and state/federal safety regulations.

Customer Service:Explain treatment processes, preventative measures, and safety protocols clearly to clients; address any customer concerns professionally.

Documentation: Complete accurate service reports, route logs, and chemical usage records daily.

Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate and maintain service vehicles, application equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE).

Route Management:



Follow assigned daily schedules and manage time efficiently to ensure timely service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements Education:High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensing:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Pest Control Applicator License/Certification preferred; willing to train qualified candidates).

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, crawl in tight spaces (e.g., attics, crawlspaces), climb ladders, and stand or walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.

Communication: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Background Check:Ability to pass a background check .

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
