Job Description

We are looking for skilled and motivated AR Callers with 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Physician Billing, Hospital Billing, Insurance AR Follow-up, Auto Accident Claims, Workers’ Compensation, and end-to-end Denial Management.

The candidate will be responsible for following up with insurance companies, resolving outstanding claims, identifying denial reasons, and ensuring timely reimbursement.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Physician Billing

- Handle accounts receivable follow-ups for physician and professional billing claims.
- Contact insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
- Follow up on unpaid, underpaid, and rejected claims.
- Identify coding, eligibility, authorization, and billing-related issues.
- Ensure timely resolution of outstanding physician claims.

2. Hospital Billing

- Manage AR follow-ups for hospital and facility billing claims.
- Handle inpatient and outpatient claim status inquiries.
- Follow up on pending, denied, and underpaid hospital claims.
- Coordinate with insurance companies to resolve reimbursement issues.
- Understand facility billing processes and revenue cycle workflows.

3. Auto Accident Claims

- Handle medical billing and AR follow-ups related to motor vehicle accident claims.




- Verify auto insurance coverage and claim details.
- Follow up with auto insurance carriers and adjusters.
- Track claim status, pending documentation, and reimbursement.
- Resolve issues related to accident dates, policy details, and claim submissions.

4. Workers' Compensation

- Handle workers' compensation medical claims and AR follow-ups.
- Verify claim numbers, adjuster details, and insurance coverage.
- Follow up with insurance carriers, employers, and adjusters.
- Resolve pending and denied workers' compensation claims.
- Track documentation requirements and payment status.

5. End-to-End Denial Management

- Analyze and identify denial reasons using EOBs and ERAs.
- Work on denial categories such as:
- Eligibility and coverage denials.
- Authorization and referral denials.
- Medical necessity denials.
- Timely filing denials.
- Coding and modifier-related denials.
- Duplicate claim denials.
- Coordination of Perks (COB) denials.
- Underpayment and contractual adjustment issues.
- Initiate appeals and reconsiderations wherever applicable.
- Prepare and submit supporting documentation for denied claims.
- Track appeals until final resolution.




- Identify recurring denial trends and recommend corrective actions.Roles and Responsibilities1. Physician Billing

6. Insurance AR Follow-up

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies.
- Obtain claim status, payment details, and denial explanations.
- Maintain accurate follow-up notes in billing software.
- Ensure timely follow-up based on AR aging buckets.
- Work on 30, 60, 90, and 120+ days AR.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications-

- 1–5 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / Medical Billing.
- Knowledge of US healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM).
- Experience in Physician Billing and/or Hospital Billing.
- Knowledge of Auto Accident and Workers' Compensation claims.
- Good understanding of denial management and appeals.
- Familiarity with EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS.
- Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Experience with end-to-end AR and denial management.
- Knowledge of US insurance guidelines and claim adjudication.
- Hands-on experience with AR management tools and billing software.
- Ability to meet productivity, quality, and collection benchmarks.
