What You’ll Do:

Demand Planning & Forecasting

- Assist in preparing SKU-level demand forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, promotional inputs, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with category teams to understand demand trends and support inventory planning.
- Monitor stock availability and flag potential stockouts or excess inventory.

Procurement & Vendor Management

- Coordinate with vendors and buying teams for timely PO creation, confirmations, and order fulfilment.
- Track vendor fill rates, lead times, and delivery schedules.
- Follow up on supply shortfalls and support alternate sourcing requirements.
- Maintain accurate vendor and procurement records.

Logistics & Inbound Operations

- Coordinate inbound shipments, delivery schedules, and GRN processes.
- Work with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely movement of goods.
- Track replenishment from warehouses and fulfilment centres to dark stores.
- Monitor delivery timelines and flag operational delays or discrepancies.

Analytics & Reporting

- Maintain trackers and reports for key supply chain metrics such as availability, fill rate, OTIF, inventory levels, and stock movement.
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly performance reports.




- Analyse operational data to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy of supply chain data and documentation.

Cross-functional Collaboration

- Coordinate with Operations, Category, Finance, and Tech teams to ensure smooth supply chain execution.
- Support supply chain readiness for new city and hub launches.
- Assist in process improvement, automation, and digitisation initiatives.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, or procurement; experience in quick commerce, FMCG, e-commerce, or retail is preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, replenishment, and vendor coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
