Sangria by cconceptt is a premium *Rooftop Restaurant & Bar* in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, offering curated food, crafted cocktails, and a premium guest experience. We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Executive to manage our restaurant & bar service operations.

*Role Overview:*

The F&B; Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day restaurant & bar operations, managing the service team, ensuring excellent guest experience, and maintaining service standards.

*Key Responsibilities:*

*1. Restaurant & Bar Operations:*

- Manage daily operations of Rooftop Restaurant, Bar, and Event Service

- Oversee opening & closing, shift briefings, table planning & reservations

- Ensure smooth service during lunch & dinner, especially peak evening service

- Coordinate with Kitchen team for order flow, KOT management & guest feedback

*2. Guest Experience:*

- Ensure warm welcome, prompt service and highest guest satisfaction

- Handle VIP guests, guest complaints and special requests professionally

- Maintain service SOPs, grooming, hygiene and etiquette standards

*3. Team Management:*

- Lead, train and supervise Captains, Stewards, Bartenders & Hostesses

- Prepare duty rosters,



manage attendance, and monitor staff performance

- Train staff on menu knowledge, upselling, wine & cocktail basics, service sequence

*4. Sales, Cost & Compliance:*

- Drive upselling, promotions and table turnover

- Control breakage, wastage and pilferage

- Maintain inventory of bar, beverages, glassware, cutlery & crockery

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Excise / Liquor norms and safety standards

*Candidate Requirements:*

- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in F&B; Service in 4/5-Star Hotel, Premium Restaurant, Rooftop Restaurant, Lounge, or Bar

- Experience as F&B; Executive / Captain / Restaurant Supervisor / Bar Supervisor will be considered

- Strong knowledge of Indian & Continental food, bar operations, cocktails, and service sequence

- Good communication skills in Hindi & English

- Solid leadership, team handling & guest handling skills

- Pleasant personality with good grooming

- Willing to relocate to Raipur for an on-site role
