About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Store Manager to launch and establish our new flagship store in Bangalore for one of our Client Vikram Goyal. As the founding store manager for the region, you will be responsible for setting up store operations from scratch, building a high-performing team, and establishing Viya as a premier design destination in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Store Launch & Operations: Oversee the end-to-end operational setup of the new Bangalore store, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics, visual merchandising standards, and operational guidelines.
- Brand Building & Clienteling: Act as the face of Viya in Bangalore; build, nurture, and maintain robust relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), interior designers, architects, and art connoisseurs.
- Sales & Business Development: Drive sales targets,



develop local market strategies, and host private viewings or launch events to establish a loyal clientele.
- Team Leadership & Hiring: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor the store team to deliver exceptional customer service and deep product storytelling.
- Inventory & Visual Merchandising: Manage inventory, stock audits, product displays, and ensure impeccably maintained visual merchandising consistent with Vikram Goyal’s luxury design philosophy.
- Store Administration: Handle day-to-day administration, petty cash, POS/billing systems, safety protocols, and vendor management for maintenance.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
