Job Description

We are looking for candidates for the Tele-2 Customer Support / Sales Process. Candidates with up to 6 months of experience in customer support or sales will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through voice communication.
- Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and assist accordingly.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
- Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.

Candidate Requirements





- 0–6 months of experience in customer support or sales preferred.
- English communication proficiency at B2 level.
- Positive verbal communication and listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Work Schedule

- 5.5 working days per week.
- Rotational shifts.
- Rotational weekly offs.
