The Veruschka Foundation is looking for a patient, hands-on, and empathetic Assistant Faculty member to join our team in Goregaon, Mumbai.

About the Role:

- Job Title: Assistant Faculty – Training & Programmes
- Location: Goregaon, Mumbai (On-site / Full-time)
- Key Focus: Assisting in training delivery across basic food preparation, kitchen operations, hygiene, life skills, and functional learning to prepare PwIDD trainees for workplace readiness.

What We Are Looking For:

- Education: Degree/Diploma in Special Education, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in classroom support, disability services,



vocational training, or kitchen/hospitality operations (experience supporting PwIDDs is a strong plus).
- Skills: High empathy, explicit communication, basic kitchen safety/hygiene understanding, organized documentation, and a hands-on approach.
- Requirements: Candidate must be comfortable working on-site at our Goregaon office in Mumbai.
